Amadizethi yikudla okugezisa umlomo yethu ngemuva kokudla kwemini kumbe ntambama.

Amnandi ayanambitheka aletshukela njalo adliwa kakhulu ngesikhathi sokutshisa. Aqandayo aqeda ukuginqa, kuthi atshisayo ayafudumalisa ngesikhathi somqando. Okhokho bona babejayele ukuthi badle amasi banathe ihiqa banathe amahewu kumbe inkovu yamajodo ngemuva kokudla. Manengi-ke amadizethi akhona kunsuku zalamuhla amanye ayathengwa kodwa inengi lawo lawe ungazenzela. Zenzele-ke lawe lamuhla njengoba ngizabeka obala ukwenziwa kwawo lapha.

(i)    Inkezo ezimbili ze-gelatine

(vii)    Okumhlophe kwamaqanda amabili laphaya kodwa

(viii)    Ukhezo lokudla olulodwa zolaza (cream) olutshayiweyo

(ix)    Ukhezo lokudla olulodwa lwe-vanila essence

(x)    Umganu ogubhekileyo wokuhlanganisela

(xi)    Ukhezo kumbe iphini lokuhlanganisa kumbe i-beater nxa ulayo

(xii)    Ifiriji yokuqandisa kumbe amasaka amanzi editshini enkulu.

Okwenziwa kwe vanilla ice cream

1    Faka inkezo ezimbili ze-gelatine enkomitshini elamanzi abilayo, uyekele i-jelathini lapha enkomitshini ize incibilike yonke.

2    Hlanganisa itshukela, i-corn flour lesawudo ndawonye.

3    Thela uchago olulutshwana uhlanganise kuze kube yinhlama kodwa elula.

4    Bilisa uchago oluseleyo ubusuthela phezu kenhlama.

5    Khathesi hlanganisa njalo njalo.

6    Thatha inhlama oyenzileyo uyithele phezulu kochago olubilayo embizeni,  goqoza kokuphela kuze kujiye. Bona ukuthi umlilo wakho kawumkhulu ngoba kungatsha.

7    Khathesi thatha umthubi wamaqanda ufake echagweni olubilayo. Hlanganisa utshaye njalo njalo okomzuzu owodwa kuze kuhlangane hluzela ubududu lolu kudengezi lokuqandisa (freezing pan).

8    Thatha udengezi oluqandayo ulufake efirijini eqandayo, lokhu ungakwenza nxa inhlama yakho isithe yaphola.

9    Yekela ulaza uluphinda phinde khathesi thela okumhlophe kwamaqanda uhlanganise lolaza olutshayiweyo. Susa udengezi efirijini ulubeke phandle. Thatha i-gelatine leyana oyincibikisileyo uyihlanganise lenhlama.

10    Khathesi hlanganisa konke lokhu ndawonye ulaza okumhlophe kwamaqanda ubusufaka i-vanilla essence.

11    Hlanganisa ngokupheleleyo ubuyisele udengezi efurijini okwehola elilodwa okudliwa khona ngokhezo ufake emganwini ye-dessert. Dlana ukholise.
