Ukudla kokuqeda ubuthongo (ibreakfast). Lokhu kudla kuqakathekile ngoba kuqeda ubuthongo besekusipha abantu amandla okwenza imisebenzi eyehlukeneyo, enzima lelula. Abantwana abaya ezikolo ezikhatshana leziseduze labasekhaya abenza imisebenzi eyehlukeneyo.

– Thatha impuphu yomumbu elingeneyo uyihlanganise lamanzi aqandayo ibeyinhlama.
– Thela inhlama le emanzini abilayo ugoqoze.
– Thela isawudo, itshukela, ilemoni lemajarini.
– Yekela kuxhwathe, ujinge ugoqoza.
– Yekela kuxhwathe eziko okwemizuzu engu20 emlilweni omncinyane.

2. Ilambazi lempuphu yophoko

– qoqa konke ngokufanayo lokwelambazi lakuqala.

Ukupheka
– pheka njengelambazi lakuqala udle njengalokhu.

3. Ilambazi lempuphu yamabele.

Konke okukulambazi lakuqala upheke njalo njenge lambazi lakuqala.

Dlana ilambazi lisatshisa njengakuqala.

4. Ilambazi elimunyu lempuphu zonke

– Aamnzi atshisayo okwenza inhlama.
– Gcina inhlama le esikalini okwensuku ezimbili endaweni efudumalayo ukuze ibile ikhudumale ibemunyu.

– Faka imajarina letshukela ngesilinganiso sakho.
