Pheka loMaMoyo: Ukulondoloza ukudla ngesintu

ABANTU abansundu babe njalo belalo ulwazi lokulondoloza ukudla okuthize okwesikhathi eside ngezindlela ezehlukeneyo. Lamhlanje ukudla okunengi sekulondolozwa kumbe sekugcinwa kulezi izindawo fridge, deep freezers, cold rooms. Phela izindawo ezinengi sezilamagetsi.

Nanzi izindlela zokulondoloza ukudla okwesikhathi eside:

Imibhida

Ulude, imibhida yendumba, ibhobola, ikhabitshi, itshomoliya. Thatha imibhida uyisikelele ngemgqamu ngokwehlukana kwayo igezise uyipheke njalo, ngokwehlukana kwayo,  ipheke okwemizuzu elitshumi. Faka isawudo elilingeneyo, iyekele iphole ubusuyikhama amanzi wonke ngezandla zakho ezigeziweyo.

Thatha imibhida le uyichaye ngokwehlukana kwayo phezu  kwephepha lepulasitiki (plastic paper) elangeni ize yome. Isiyomile ifake emigodleni eyehlukeneyo ubhoboze izikhala ukuze kungene umoya.

Imibhida le kuthiwa yimifutshwa. Iyahlala isikhathi eside ingabolanga. Umnyaka wonke, wena utsheba ngentando yakho.

Inyama

Abantu babefuyile inkomo, imbuzi, izimvu kwakuhlala kuhlatshiwe kungasweleki isitshebo lenyamazana zeganga zazikhona.

Ukugcinwa kwenyama

Thatha inyama emanzi ngaphandle kwezangaphakathi, uyibenge ngengqamu ubanjwe ngomunye uyenze izincezwana ezinde ufake isawudo. Khumbula ukugeza izandla ungakayibambi inyama le ichaye yome ithi qha elangeni. Le ke inyama ibizwa ngokuthiwa yimihwabha. Wena ke uzayipheka ngokuthanda kwakho wenze isitshebo ngayo.

Umumbu omanzi

Upheke umumbu omanzi lezinqu lamakhasi awo ufake isawudo nxa usuvuthiwe uyekele uphole ubusuwuhluba amakhasi utshiye amalutshwana. Lake ngawokuthi isiqu ngasinye usibophe kwesinye wuchaye ngokulengisa esihlahleni kumbe ecingweni uzewome. Lokhu kuthiwa lufutho. Lonake ludliwa ebusika lenkobe ngokuvuselela ngokuphinde ulupheke.

Imfe

Abantu bayayithanda imfe kakhulu njalo iphanga iphele. Uyilondoloza ngokunje:

Thatha imfe uyephule ngelunga ngelunga uyihlube amakhasi. Ichaye elangeni ize yome ithi qha. Ifake emgodleni uyigcine. Lokhu kuthiwa ngumhlutshwa. Dlana ngokuyihlafuna uginye umhluzi ulahle amakhafitha.
