1. Kuyini i-Covid-19?

NgoMpalakazi nyakenye kwaqhamuka umkhuhlane omutsha owe-coronavirus elizweni leChina. Umkhuhlane lo wetheswa igama lokuthi Covid-19. Ngenxa yokuba uthelelwana lula sowasabalala emazweni amanengi emhlabeni. Ama-corona virus aliqula lamagcikwane amanengi atshiyeneyo abangela ukugula kugoqela umvimbano kusiya kweminye imikhuhlane eyingozi.  

2. Ithelelwana njani i-Covid-19?

– I-Covid-19 ithelelwana njalo imemetheka lula. Ithelelwana ngokubamba kumbe ukuphefumula amathonsi avela emlonyeni kumbe emakhaleni omuntu osehlaselwe ngumkhuhlane lo. 

– Ukuba seduzane lomuntu olalumkhuhlane okufana lokuxhawulana kumbe ukumthinta.

– Ukubamba kumbe ukuthinta ulutho oselulamagcikwane la ubusubamba amehlo, amakhala kumbe umlomo.

4. Ngingehlisa njani amathuba okubamba i-Covid-19?

– Zivikele ekuthinteni inyamazana zepulazinini kumbe ezasendle.

-Vala amakhala kanye lomlomo nxa ukhwehlela kumbe uthimula nge-tissue kumbe ngaphakathi kwendololwane.  

5. Geza izandla ngamanzi lesepa ngalezi zikhathi:

– Ngemva kokuthimula kumbe ukukhwehlela

– Nxa ugcine abagulayo,
