250g butter/ margarine
– Inkomitsho ezine zefulawa
– Izipunu ezincane ezine ze-baking powder
– Ingxenye yenkomitsho yetshukela
– 500g uchago oluvuthiweyo
– Itreyi yokubhekhela

Okuqakathekileyo: Amankomitsho ungasebenzisi awokunatha itiye, akhona athengiswa ezitolo abhaliweyo izipimo lezipunu zakhona ezilezipimo.

Ukupheka

– Hlanganisa ifulawa, isawudo, i-butter, itshukela ukuhlanganise kuze kube angani zimvuthu, ubusuthela uchago oluvuthiweyo mbijana mbijana uvuba uhlanganisa luze luphele okuvubileyo kuze kusale kunamathela ezandleni.

– Thululela ifulawa phezu kwebhodi ethelwe ifulawa uthathe i-roller ugoqe (roll) uqume isilinganiso osifunayo ufake kuthireyi ubusufaka ku-oveni etshisa okungaba yi-180 degrees wekele kuvuthwe kuze kungani kuyantshintsha umbala.
