INKUKHU yisitshebo esithandwa ngabantu bonke njalo sidliwa kakhulu kungafika abantu bemzini. Inengi labantu sebezifuyela inkukhu emakhaya lemadolobheni. Kanti-ke lentengo yenyama yenkukhu ingcono kulezinye inyama. Nanzelela ukuthi kulezindlela ezinengi zokupheka inyama yenkukhu, lokhu kuya ngamazwe ehlukeneyo.

(I) Inkukhu eyodwa
(II) Amahlamvu e-spinach angaba yi500 grammes
(III) I-500g zamakhowa acezuliweyo
(IV) Isigaqa sekhabitshi esisodwa esincinyane.
(V) Ingxenye yenkomitsho yetiye ye-beans sauce
(VI) Ikota yenkomitsho iwayini (wine) engadakisiyo le grape juice lenkezo ezimbili zetshukela
(VII) Ingxenye yokhezo kwetiye i-pepper emnyama lembiza yokuphekela
VIII)Isitofu esile oven, isawudo, amafutha lengqamu
(IX) Amanzi aqandayo lenditshi yokufakela insiba zenkukhu
(X) Amanzi abilayo.

Ukupheka
Qala ngokubulala inkukhu. Nxa inge yemakhaya bilisa amanzi uyithele, cutha insiba zonke, ivule ukhuphe konke okubi okungaphakathi. Igezise inkukhu ngamanzi aqandayo.

(i) Ifake injalo embizeni elamanzi aqandayo.
(ii) Pheka emlilweni omlutshwana okwehola elilodwa, kumbe uze ubone ukuba isivuthiwe.
(iii) Ngokuvuthwa kwayo ikhuphe eziko lasemanzini uyibeke laphaya iphole.
(iv) Gcina umhluzi wayo embizeni ungawulahli.
(v) Khathesi ibeke phezulu kwepulanka lokusikela ukhuphe wonke amathambo.
(vi) Isike amaqatshana alingane ukudliwa.
(vii) Khathesi gezisa amahlamvu ekhabitshi abese manzini atshisayo. Wakhuphe emanzini nxa amahlamvu esepholile wabeke phezu kwepulanka.
(viii) Thatha i-rolling pin kumbe imbodlela uchaye ihlamvu ngalinye ubusubandezela kweluleke.
(ix) Thatha umganu wokupheka (baking oven dish) uwugcobe amafutha
(x) Yendlala ihlamvu ngalinye ngalinye aze aphele wonke.
(xi) Yenza njalo lamahlamvu esipinatshi.
(xii) Faka izincezu zamakhowa phezulu.
(xiii) Faka njalo iziqa zenyama phezulu
(xiv) Hlanganisa umhluzi le-sauce ye-soya beans konke le wayini (wine).
(xv) Thela itshukela , i-pepper lesawudo.
xvi) Konke kuthele phezulu kwenyama yenkukhu esemganwini (oven dish).
(xvii) Bhaka ku oven etshisa ku 350 degrees.
(xviii) Bhaka okwemizuzu engamatshumi amathathu (30 minutes)
