–  Sika iziqa ezilingana imuli yakho.
–  Zesule iziqa lezi ngelembu elihlanzekileyo elulunama.
–  Thela amafutha alingeneyo lapho ozakhanzingela khona.
– Giqa amaqatha esiteki kufulawa enlutshwana.
– Thontisela imithikazana oyithandayo.
– Nxa amafutha (cooking oil) esetshisa thatha isiqa ngesiqa usifake kula amafutha atshisayo, qaphela ungatshi.
– Phenduphendula ngokubona kwakho.
– Bona kungatshi, yehlisa umlilo.
– Khathesi usungacenga amafutha wonke embizeni, edengezini, epaneni okhanzingela kuyo.

Ukudliwa
Dlana inyama isatshisa utshebise ngesitshwala ukholise.

Ukupheka amatshiphisi (potato chips)

– Amagwili ahlutshiweyo azincezwana
– Amafutha (cooking oil)
– Udengezi olulengcebethu yocingo
– Isawudo leminye imithikazana
– Ifologwe yokuphendula

Ukupheka
– Faka incezu zamagwili emanzini aqandayo okwemizuzu elitshumi.
– Tshisisa amafutha atshise isibisibili.
– Faka incezu zamagwili ezesuliweyo odengezini ukhanzinge lapha engcebethwini yocingo.
– Ngokuvuthwa kwamagwili wakhuphele ephepheni lekhakhi ukuze amafutha amunyeke.

Dlana ukholise amatshiphisi (chips),  phinde uwathenge ezitolo, wena ungazenzela ngokwakho.
